Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery method, parcel size, weight, and destination.
- Processing Time
We prepare and hand over orders for shipment as quickly as possible. Processing time may vary due to stock availability, peak periods, or operational constraints. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, delivery time depends on the carrier.
- Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times shown on the Store are indicative. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., carrier delays, severe weather, operational disruptions).
- Tracking and Notifications
Where available, you will receive tracking and delivery notifications by email and/or SMS using the contact details provided at checkout.
- Risk and Ownership (Consumers)
For consumer orders, the risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party chosen by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the goods.
- Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or refusal without legal basis, we may charge the cost of re-shipping.
- Damaged Parcel / Missing Items
