1. Age restriction

In accordance with applicable law, the purchase of products available in our online store with nicotine products is intended only for adults. The purchaser must be at least 18 years old.

2. Prices and Fees

We reserve the right to make changes to the prices of products and services without prior notice. All prices are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN) and include VAT. Some fees may change depending on the selected delivery country.

3. Delivery and Deadlines

Orders placed before 2pm will aim to be dispatched the same day, while orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next business day. Products are delivered within 1-3 business days of placing the order.

4. Right of Refund

The customer has the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving the order. The return must be reported no later than 14 days from the date of purchase and the returned products must be sent back to our address. There are exceptions to the right to return, such as sealed products that have been opened after delivery.
