Returns Policy

1. The customer has the right to return purchased products without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. To return a product, the Customer must inform us of their decision to return by sending an e-mail to the following address: kontakt@snusplanet.eu. The message should include the order number and information about the products the Customer wishes to return.
3. Products may only be returned in unused condition, in original packaging, without damage and with all labels and tags intact.
4. Shipping costs associated with returning products are borne by the Customer.
5. Once your return is received and approved, the returned items will be inspected to confirm their condition.
6. After positive verification of the return, the Customer will receive a refund of the purchase price of the products to the bank account or other account in accordance with the Customer's preferences, used for the original payment, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned products.
