This Refund Policy explains returns, withdrawals, and refunds for purchases made on snusplanet.eu (the “Store”).

1) Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to: contact@snusplanet.eu.
Your message should include:
- your order number,
- the item(s) you want to return,
- your name and contact email used for the order,
- (optional) a short statement that you are withdrawing from the contract.
2) Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse:
- the price of the returned goods, and
- the original delivery cost (up to the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offered).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back — whichever is earlier.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
3) Return Deadline and Condition of Goods
You must send the goods back no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal.
Returned items should be:
- unused (or only handled as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning),
- complete, and
- returned in appropriate packaging to avoid damage in transit.
You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
4) Return Shipping Costs
Unless we agree otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
5) Exceptions (No Right of Withdrawal)
The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including (where applicable):
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery,
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized,
- goods which, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items,
- other cases where applicable law provides an exception.
6) Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us at contact@snusplanet.eu as soon as possible and include:
- your order number,
- a description of the issue,
- photos/videos where helpful.
We will provide the next steps and handle the case in accordance with applicable law.
7) Refund Timing
If the return is accepted under the right of withdrawal, we will issue your refund no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We may delay reimbursement as described in Section 2.
