These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of snusplanet.eu and the sale of products through the Store. By using the Store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1) Seller and Contact

2) Definitions
- Customer/you: a person using the Store and/or placing an order.
- Consumer: a natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business, or profession (where applicable).
- Products: goods offered for sale in the Store.
- Order: your request to purchase Products via the checkout process.
- Contract: the sales contract concluded between you and the Seller.
3) Eligibility and Age Restriction (18+)
The Store is intended for adults only (18+). By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are at least 18 years old, and
- you meet any higher legal minimum age applicable in your residence or delivery destination.
We may apply reasonable age-verification measures. We may refuse or cancel an order if we reasonably suspect a breach of age restrictions or unlawful use.
4) Product Information and Safety
Product descriptions and images are provided for information and identification. Minor differences (e.g., packaging changes) may occur.
5) Product Legality, Import Responsibilities, and Destination-Country Rules (Very Important)
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that purchasing, possessing, using, and receiving the Products is legal in your delivery destination and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- age limits,
- product restrictions,
- reporting/registration requirements,
- excise duties or other regulated-goods obligations,
- labeling or notification requirements.
We do not provide customs, tax, or excise representation services in the destination country. We do not assume responsibility for any taxes, excise duties, handling/administrative fees, or other charges imposed by authorities or carriers.
Where you order delivery to a country other than our country of establishment, you acknowledge that you may be treated as the importer/recipient responsible for local obligations under the applicable law of the destination.
If an order is delayed, detained, refused, returned, seized, or confiscated due to destination-country restrictions or non-compliance, you bear the consequences to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.
6) Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the Store and include any taxes explicitly stated in the checkout summary. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout before you place the Order.
If additional charges apply in the destination country (including excise-related or administrative fees), these are your responsibility as described in Section 5.
7) Ordering and Contract Formation
- The product listings on the Store are invitations to purchase and do not constitute a binding offer.
- By placing an Order, you make an offer to buy the Products.
- The Contract is concluded when we send you an order confirmation (or otherwise explicitly accept your Order). We may refuse an Order for legitimate reasons (e.g., suspected age restriction breach, payment issues, suspected fraud, or legal restrictions in the destination).
8) Payment
Payment methods available are displayed at checkout. Your Order may require authorization/confirmation of payment before we process it.
9) Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery methods and carriers are shown at checkout (e.g., locker delivery or courier delivery where available).
- Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you place your Order.
- Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, peak periods, operational disruptions, or administrative checks).
- Risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) physically receive the Products, in accordance with consumer rules.
- You are responsible for providing correct delivery details. If delivery fails due to incorrect details or failure to collect, you may be charged for re-shipping.
10) Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
You have the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the Products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email contact@snusplanet.eu and include:
- your order number,
- the Products you want to return,
- a clear statement that you withdraw from the Contract.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw, we reimburse:
- the price of the returned Products, and
- the standard outbound delivery cost (up to the least expensive standard delivery option we offered).
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the Products back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.
Refunds are made using the same payment method you used, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Return deadline and return costs
You must send the Products back within 14 days from the day you informed us of withdrawal.
Unless we state otherwise, you bear the direct cost of returning the Products.
You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.
11) Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to (where applicable):
- sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery,
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized,
- other cases where applicable law provides an exception.
12) Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If Products are defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect, contact us at contact@snusplanet.eu promptly and include your order number and photos where helpful. We will handle the issue in accordance with applicable consumer law.
13) Returns and Refund Timing
If your return is accepted under the right of withdrawal, we will refund you no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your withdrawal. We may delay reimbursement as permitted until goods are received back or you provide proof of return.
14) Account and Acceptable Use
If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. You must not misuse the Store, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activity through the Store.
We may restrict access or cancel orders in cases of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.
15) Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for intent).
Subject to mandatory law, we are not liable for:
- disruptions beyond our reasonable control (force majeure),
- losses caused by destination-country restrictions or your failure to comply with local rules (see Section 5),
- indirect or consequential damages.
16) Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, border disruptions, strikes, carrier disruptions, epidemics, or major IT outages.
17) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence may apply. Disputes shall be handled by the competent courts in Prague, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
18) Privacy
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. For privacy requests, contact contact@snusplanet.eu.
19) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms for valid reasons (e.g., changes in law, payment/shipping methods, or Store functionality). The version published on the Store applies from the effective date shown at the top. Contracts concluded before changes remain governed by the version in force at the time of purchase.
